Down The Hole Drill Hammer Introduction
Reverse Circulation RC drilling hammers and hammer drill bits provide outstanding performance along with outstanding reliability and simplicity. Our reverse circulation hammers are suitable for any exploration and grade control process to obtain an accurate sample with no contamination. RC drilling hammers can in most instances carry out continuous sample collection in a fraction of the time necessary with conventional or wireline coring.

Down The Hole Drill Hammer Details
CIR110A Downhole Drill Hammer Operation Precautions:
1. In normal rock drilling conditions, the hammer is serviced and cleaned and reassembled every 200 hours of operation. Drilling holes or mud slagging is performed every 100 hours.
2. The lubrication of the hammer is achieved through the oiling device on the main engine. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the oiling device is filled with oil before the start of each shift, and there is still a surplus before the next shift begins. The lube oil is mechanical oil No. 20 in summer and No. 5-10 mechanical oil in winter. Before the hammer is installed on the drill pipe, the exhaust valve is operated to remove the debris in the drill pipe and check whether there is oil in the drill pipe. Check the impact device after connecting.
3. The DTH Hammer and the drill rod must not be reversed in the hole to prevent accidents. In the process of drilling down the hole, if you want to stop drilling, you should not stop the air supply to the hammer immediately. You should lift the drill and blow it, and stop the gas supply when there is no more rock and rock powder in the hole. , Then stop turning.
