RS-B Series open air blast hole drilling rig is a combustion engine drive crawler type hydraulic drilling rig that is developed by our company. By adopting self-propelled hydraulic track chassis with favorable mobility and quipped with high power hydraulic motor, heavy hydraulic drilling boom and high air pressure DTH Hammer. The use of drilling rig RS-B series mainly covers strip mining, road construction and rock drilling process in the field of water power engineering. It is a down the hole drilling rig specially designed for open mine, stone pit and construction industry. Open air blast hole drilling rig RS-B Series adopts diesel engine. Hydraulic oil pump unit offers power to hydraulic motor feed, rotary, propulsion lift, and angle orientation of oil cylinder etc. Comparing with the full pneumatic drilling rigs, when drilling rig is working, the fuel consumption is saved up to 40-50%.
Advantages:
1. Good stability:
Simple mechanical arm, decrease the sliding frame joints and keeps the rig highly stable when the rig is working.
2. High efficiency, Lower operation cost
The drilling rig power is less than the drilling rig by air driven, which can save more than 10 lifters in one working hour, supplies more turning torque and feeding & hoisting power with hydraulic driven motor. It is better used for hammer of 90 - 165mm to smash and flake rock.
3. Favorable agility and flexibility
The drilling rig is a combustion engine driven hydraulic crawler drilling rig, adopting self propelled hydraulic track chassis and equipped with high power hydraulic motor, can provide better agility and performance through the floating joint of framework.
4. Full hydraulic control, low purchase cost
Hoist & feed system and rotary head are both driven by hydraulic power with easily operating. Its drilling can use low or high pressure compressing air, saves 1.5 times air volume as contrasted with the drill by air driven. It can reduce the total cost of drilling.
